Closure dates

Due to semi retirement Hutt Imports ltd will be closed from Easter 13th April 2017 .
After this  we will continue to trade  from Monday September 11th 2017 to March 30th 2018 . these will be similar dates in coming years . 
 so 
Open September to March for an extended range of Sunrain stove spares and stoves
closed  Easter till september each year .

Ordering From Hutt Imports:

Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order.


Delivery schedule:

We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day with a next day courier, please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK. 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days Rest of World. Where SURFACE mail is selected the delivery time will be much longer 2-5 weeks for Europe 6-12 weeks Rest of World.

Payment:

We accept payment by Cash (sent by registered mail) ,Cheques, credit cards over the phone and We also accept PayPal, safe online payments that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card. Buyers from outside the UK please note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES OR MONEY ORDERS IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY OTHER THAN GB POUNDS STERLING £’s

Packaging:

At Hutt Imports, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to ensure that happens.  We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases.  In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge.

Deliveries to UK mainland

For UK mainland deliveries, postage will be FREE on all goods . This does not include Highlands & islands inc Northern Ireland , Isle of Man and Isle of Wight For these and for overseas shipping please ask for a quote before buying.  A signature is required on delivery.  If a buyer requires enhanced insurance, Saturday Delivery or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order.  Hutt Imports reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.

Overseas & non-mainland UK:

We can Now offer Surface carriage to France, Germany, Denmark, Eire, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Netherlands  At Fantastic rates . Up to 30kg £28.00

For overseas and non-mainland UK deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling.  please email us at for a quote. Items mailed outside the UK will normally be sent Airmail and insured for £30.00.  Heavier items may be sent Surface mail (if selected) and will normally be insured for £30.00.  If a buyer requires enhanced insurance or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. Hutt Imports reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate. Enhanced insurance up to a value of £200.00 starts at just £1.00 extra and is highly recommended.

Returns:

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days.  We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. We  refund outward postage costs return post is buyers responsibility. Items lost or damaged in the post that have been packed correctly are usually insured, we will fill out any necessary claims forms at the post office on your behalf and liaise with the correct Postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome on your behalf.  In the event that this becomes necessary please be aware a refund will be made as soon as we have clearance from the Royal mail/Parcel force, this can take several weeks but we will endeavour to keep you informed of all developments as appropriate.
